World: Riverview
Game Engine: Tristat dX (DriveThruRPG link)
This is a 21 year old system that was used for BESM, and is thus fairly heavily balanced to superpower and mecha games, but it does have a section on skills for "Animal Adventures" games and so the seed to do this was always planted in my brain. Originally, the Rabbit template had Shrink Level 5 with a Permanent modifier, but that seemed a bit of a faff to keep up, so instead we'll be judging everything at the size level of a rabbit, and smaller things will have Shrink levels while bigger things will have Grow levels.
Some of the rabbits don't fit their Stat or Skill point totals exactly. It's hard to get everything to fit with the small point totals at the d4 level. I've also swapped out the Seduction skill for a Charm skill that includes seduction but also just trying to get animals on your side.
Quest
Current Goal: Construct a new warren. When the rabbits have built an underground complex that can hold at least ten rabbits, and has at least ten rabbits in it, the rabbits will have succeeded in this goal.
Reward: Advancement points for all player-character rabbits. One player-character rabbit will be able to either send a projection of themself or go physically to join the entity on the Endless Road.
Animal Types
Rabbit: Small. Fluffy. Can dig, can hop, can have twitchy little bunny noses. All Rabbits have the following attributes: Defence Combat Mastery at level 1, representing a permanent state of primal terror. Features at level 1, representing soft fur. Jumping at level 1. Tunnelling at level 2. The Rabbit template costs 8 points.
Characters
Mustardseed
A very big rabbit, considerably bigger than the others. Somewhat brusque in his manner. Has a tendency to consider that since he is large, he should be in charge. He considers himself a veteran, having been shot at once by a hunter and having escaped, but that's really his only war story - though he dines out on it quite frequently.

Dulce
A sweet-natured rabbit - which would be nominative determinism, but he was really named for a particular type of celery - who really just wants to take care of those around him. Tells stories and sings beautifully. Not the most suited for the wider world, and prefers to stay in the burrow.

Thyme
A tracker and gatherer, exceptional at finding the choicest edibles in the forest, and knowing what can and should be eaten and what can't and shouldn't. She's for the most part eventempered, and skilled at reconciling those around her. However, she does have an unexpected trigger: while it's not uncommon for a rabbit to panic at a threat to her own survival, Thyme's fear response that should by all rights be "flight" is stuck firmly on "maddened and terrified rage".

Cassia
A sensitive soul - both in emotional delicacy and otherworldliness, in that she never seems to get lost and seems to expect things moments before they occur. Her habit of nibbling on her claws when anxious, and she's always anxious even for a rabbit, has left them alarmingly sharp. While these traits tend to put off other rabbits, they were certainly helpful in escaping Landsport Warren before the ferrets got her. Shaky and uncertain, she puts her trust in those around her.

Ivy
One of the older rabbits from the fallen Landsport burrow. Ivy spends most of his time underground, and has always been a dedicated digger. He spends a great amount of his time inspecting the tunnels other rabbits have dug, shaking his head in disapproval and rebuilding them. Occasionally, he'll also make shapes in the walls with his claws, for reasons no other rabbits comprehend.

Maple
All rabbits are renowned for their state of constant terror; it's an important part of keeping them alive. Maple's first trip outside the burrow ended with every other rabbit travelling with her being savaged and eaten by a fox. Her state of constant terror has improved to levels few other rabbits could equal, and she's constantly planning how best to run away.
